Erica loved being active from a young age and began with running, any place and anywhere. She traveled across Western Canada for track and field and was apart of team sports including 10 years of Softball, Volleyball, and Basketball. Growing up on a ranch in a small community, her love for horses led her to compete as a barrel racer in the sport of rodeo for 20 years. Erica is no stranger to competition and working together as a team.
What it takes to commit to anything is one part motivation and all parts incorporating what you do as a lifestyle. With a Business degree majoring in Marketing in hand, Erica decided to reroute her career back to fitness in 2010.
Movement has always been part of her mind, body, and soul and she’s excited to share all that she has learned thus far in her life and as she continues to grow as well.
