Ep. #9: Discovering Your Truth and Building a Brand with Bryan Holub
Today’s guest is Bryan Holub or (@Yogi_Bryan) as he’s known on social media and he started his yoga and meditation journey by accident after creating an Instagram account with the sole purpose of making fun of yoga.
What started out as a jab at the profession, Bryan eventually fell in love with the practice and led him to get his Yoga Teaching Certification which ultimately changed his life and allowed him to discover his truth… so the joke is on him.
Bryan’s mission is to share the practice of yoga and meditation so people can develop a healthy body and a peaceful mind. You can find him posting hilarious content on Instagram, leading guided meditations on his Podcast, Relax with Yogi Bryan, or teaching classes online, and in Arizona!
In this episode with Bryan Holub, we cover everything from discovering your truth, high performing habits, willpower, and so much more.
