Today is a very exciting day for me because today is the very first episode of The Synchronicity Show. A podcast dedicated to interviewing instructors, influencers, and world-class performers to provide you with powerful information, tips and tricks, and insight into the wonderful world of health and wellness.
In this inaugural episode, I sit down with Courtney Sheber to discuss using the practice of yoga to overcome anxiety, how movement has shaped her life, and what she learned during the pandemic.
Courtney Sheber (@Courtney_Yoga) is an Arizona Native and has chosen a life of movement and wellness. She quit her corporate job in 2015 to pursue yoga and is now Studio Manager and a lead instructor at Modern Yoga in Scottsdale. As a former competitive gymnast, she understands the balance between work, play, and the healing aspects of movement. Courtney is on a mission to help people discover yoga on the mat, so they can take the yoga off their mat and into their daily lives.
